We dont celebrate Thanksgiving in Australia, but I would have Turkey and maybe roast pork rather than ham..... I really dont mind so long as it is sitting next to lots of crunchy baked potatoes and gravy.

Quorn, a turkey substitute. I don't remember what Turkey tastes like, but my parents say the texture and taste are really close.
