I use 10:1 water:bleach. If it needs to be stronger, add a little more bleach. Bleach is strong stuff. use it sparingly especially until you know how the surface will hold up to it.

I am a landlord and have found that bleach really isn't as effective as it might seem to kill mold. It seems to come back.
There are products out there that are especially made to kill and combat future mold growth- one that we have used and like is called Concrobium
you can find it at Home Depot. Good luck!

before you try that go to you loacal home improvement center there you will find mold killer bleach will only stop it from growinf. but you need to knowwhere the mold is coming from .and what type it is . there are all types of mold which cause 's illness'e so before you start please have it check out by apro.alittle money will save you alot on hospital bills

Mold is a fungus so just about any household cleaner for fungus should erradicate it, but it only gets rid of what is visible, you may find that it returns on surfaces such as walls because of dormant spores or mycelia that have penetrated the below the surface.

I know that Tide kills black mold...I've seen people use it on their walls n stuff....
