Most people prefer restaurants with one type of cuisine or a fusion of two, otherwise they get a headache trying to decide and never get a craving for your menu's type - so good luck.
In Mexico, there are places with names like "Carlos O'Brien's" that indicate an Irish Pub that serves Mexican food. You could combine clashing names that would remind one of the types of cuisines served.
What about Atlas Cafe? You could indicate where the items come from my including a map image. You could encourage people to "put the world off their shoulders" long enough to enjoy a meal.
