I have a stick of ram that I pulled from a computer with a fried motherboard. This stick of ram says "512mb, DDR, 333.

Will this be compatible with a Dell Deminision 2400, a computer that takes PC2700?

Thanks!

Hi. The DDR is the answer. They will be compatible. The PC2700 means that the RAM can operate at 2.7 GB/sec, 512Mb is the capacity (512 million bytes), DDR is Double Data rate, 333 is the FSB speed in MHz (333MHz). Hope this helps.
