I (try to) run a house-hold, work a company and look after a 6 month old all at the same time, so I dont get very much time to do the washing (especially since my husband changes his outfit about 4 times a day LMAO)...

I usually do the washing either when:

* I cant find anything to wear anymore...

* My husband starts getting crancky with all the clothes lying around...

* My first day of my period kicks in, and I get into a cleaning mood 'frenzy'...

How about you?

Daily- actually twice a day.
I remove the dryer items to wear them.
Put Last nights clothes in the dryer and load. start the (cold water items) washer right after the morning showers. Its most times those towels and last nights clothes or sheets, kitchen towels.

I watch it so it won't "tilt or go spin crazy", then take out the hand dry items and let them get the daytime heat, while I'm at work. If my husband comes home for lunch he will change the wash for me,

WED is wash day. I will strip the beds, do all the clothes we have owrn thus far.

Good luck, I have boys and I love my washer. I actually wash every time I go out of town to my families house. Strange huh

I probably wash 2-4 loads every week. Occasionally, I wait until the last minute but I don't really have enough clothes/towels to go for anything over a week with only 1 load.

I do a load when I run out of clean things to wear.

I own enough clothes that I only need to do about 2 or 3 loads a month.

I'm doing a load right now, its getting its second rinse.

I'll do two more loads tomorrow, most likely.

So everything will be clean over the weekend.

I do the laundry about 1-2 times a week. Most times I start on Friday and finish on Saturday, or start on Saturday and finish on Sunday. One of my favorite ways to get this chore done is to watch a good movie while folding the clothes.

I have to do washing everyday - what with a 2 yr old that goes through a few items of clothing a day, a teenager, day clothes and work clothes....enough said, and my man works two jobs... sometimes I am doing 2 loads a day.
never ending.

When my washer was indoors, I didn't mind doing it at any given hour. I washed while doing other things. Now, I need to go outdoors and unlock my laundry room...meaning I need to get dressed, etc. So, I only do it about once a week. Fortunately, the kids are grown, and doing their own laundry......so it's just my clothing, sheets and towels, etc.

I put dirty clothes in a basket in the hall and when it's full, I wash them.

the rule around here is "whoever runs out of underwear first does laundry" - - I have way more underwear than my spouse, so he usually does laundry every couple of weeks!
