Yup. I have been kickboxing for two years now. I go to class once a week and I love it. Trust me guys, the best way to keep in shape is by doing something fun. I started kickboxing specifically because I love watching stuff like WWE and UFC on TV, and at the time I was so fat. I figured if I did something fun, I would stick with it, lose all that weight, meet new people, and gain a kick*** new skill. I was so right. Two and a half years later, I look and fweel so much better. If it seems like a chore and you have to force yourself to do it, then it is much easier to get discouraged and give up. So make it fun.

but on saturdays i do it for 2 hours
