I just want to know this inf. due to gasoline been to expensive and practically every where, and the mfr recommends to use premiun gas, whaat would be the pros and cons of using lower grade gasoline in this car, if there is somebody with a knowledgeable answer, it would be appreciated .

for that yr vehicle I'd use low grade but on occasion add a higher premium at times..even ad dry gas too.

My friend, you have already answered your own question when you said that the manufacturer recommends you to use premium gas. With that said, there is no "pro" to using lower grade gas, the "con" would be that it may cause engine damage.

a lower grade gas might cause knocking and pinging which could result in piston damage
