Don't reuse the drop-ins. That is the point of them being disposable. NEVER reuse the nipple without sterilizing it. I would get as many nipples as you need for feedings throughout the day. Reusing a nipple without properly sterilizing it can cause Thrush in the baby's mouth, and it is horribly painful for them.

This is not ok. This is how your baby can develop thrush. Thrush is a yeast infection of the mouth (it looks like milk, but does not come of the tongue, cheeks, and lips ) and not cleaning bottles, nipples, and pacifiers correctly is what tends to cause this. If you want, I would rinse it out with water only once before cleaning it throughly. With the drop ins, a fresh clean, boiled nipple is best, and just buy some extra, that way you can easier transfer nipples and not be cleaning all day long.

i would clean it after each use. my son takes 4-5 bottles a day so we have six bottles on hand so we can use a clean one each time and all the bottles are cleaned twice a day.
i would record how many times your baby eats then buy that many pulse two extra. also the bags need to be thrown out after each use as bacteria grows in most places.

you MUST use a clean bottle at every feeding. Either boil it on top of the stove or put it through the dishwasher.
Your baby can get severe diarrhea if you do not clean the bottles properly.
This is especially true for a baby under 6 months!

Wash it out - use a clean bottle every time. Even hjust rinsing it out can allow germs to breed that don't harm adults much, but could be deadly to the baby.
Clean bottle EVERY time.

Since your using the drop-ins, I think the bottle is okay to use. However, I would wash the nipple after every use in warm soapy water just to be sure. That is, if your getting a new drop-in each time.

I would use sterile ones,if you have a few then why not sterilise them all and leave them in the fridge and when you need a new one get one of them and then just re-sterilise them again at night ready for the next day, i really would sterilise them you dont know what chemicals they could have in the water, its better to be safe than sorry, but its intirely your choice, i would really prefer sterile ones, although i breastfeed so i dont use them. But if it helps alot of people just get there breast out and feed they dont wipe them or sterilise them or anything, although im not sure how dirty they would get in there bra..lol.
