Everytime I try to go to the site it says "failure to connect to web service" or something along those lines. I had my brother try it on his computer and it says the same thing...is this just our internet or is it saying that for you too?

I've been having the same problem with my home computer. I never have it at work. I am thinking it has something to do with bandwidth and speed of connection. I connect at home via satellite. Funny thing is I was able to connect this afternoon and then later in the evening it went back to the same Failure To Connect To Web Server message. It's very frustrating and if you find out why I would like to know too.
