No you need a straight across democrats if the president is a republican no matter who they won't be able to get much done
because the republican president will veto any thing they try to accomplish like he is doing now . And to some of you that keep knocking Bill Clinton He left office with a surplus and not a big deficient and could have probably done more if the congress and senate had all been democrats all the time he was in office instead he had a republican congress trying to get him for something and ended up going after him for a personal thing which was nobody business but his and his wife's . And if they had been doing there job a lot more could have been done So why don't you people who are always saying something negative about him let it go and get a life.

This is actually what we have now. The conservatives don't much like Bush because he's not conservative enough for most of them. The Medicare drug plan and border control are just two issues where the right wing doesn't like him

Regardless, electing Rudy would still be the best thing for this country.

Vote for Rudy!

What have you been doing for the last 10 months?? The congress has managed to sink to new lows with the fab democratic leadership. You must be one of the 11% that approve of the do nothing for the people congress we are saddled with. This country could accomplish more with new faces in congress that do not owe their office to special interest groups like the current people do.

We can disagree about a Conservative or a Liberal President, but we need a LEADER. Moderates don't lead.
