I like Subway best...I haven't eaten at Arby's since I got salmonella poisoning from them 14 yrs ago and I don't like the bread Quizno's uses.

I've never been to Arby's. I like Subway better than Quiznos for reason...I don't really know. ;)

Quiznos fills the sandwiches more, but Subway has better bread!

I much prefer the Arby's deli sandwiches to the others, then definitely Subway over Quiznos.
But then again, I think it in part depends on who owns the franchise & how fresh the ingredients are (based on how busy the place is), how often they get your order right & definitely how nice the people behind the counter are.
A lot of people are always telling me how great Jimmy John's is, tried it & I think they're terrible.

I kind of like Quiznos best, since they're always toasty.
And i like Subway because of their dressings that go on the subs.
