He was in that neighborhood at 11:00 at night? I can tell you, that's a pretty dangerous area.

Where did you see that he was stabbed by a gang? I didn't see that in the article.

Gangs should all a) be deported if they're illegal aliens, b) be jailed for any crime, c) be put to death if they kill people. We need some MUCH tougher crime fighting and punishment going on in this country (or at least in MA; TX has the right idea though).

I believe the reply is particularly practical: many white persons are being bought a invoice of items. Whites are mostly resulted in think 2 matters: one million) that affirmative movement is a few form of quota procedure, and a pair of) that persons who aren't certified for employment or admission are employed or admitted comfortably since in their gender or ethnicity. In truth, nor is real. Racial quotas had been observed to be unconstitutional discrimination within the Bakke v. UC Regents case again in 1979 or so, and no govt company has used them considering that, even though many whites nonetheless think this occurs everyday. I believe this delusion is perpetuated through whites who're advised through potential employers as a method of permitting them to down effortless that they weren't employed or promoted since the organisation "needed to" provide the process to a girl or ethnic minority. This might lead them to suppose slightly greater than listening to that they were not the high-quality candidate, but it surely engenders hostility and resentment toward the concept of affirmative movement, whilst actually affirmative movement has not anything to do with it. Others think that affirmative movement lowers the bar for admission or employment. This may be now not real. No organisation or college used to be ever required to rent or admit probably the most certified applicant, and affirmative movement does not require them to rent or admit any individual who does not meet the minimal requisites for employment or admission. Schools and employers have continually been unfastened to decide upon and prefer amongst individuals who meet the ones minimal requisites, simplest now that there's much less discrimination AGAINST females and ethnic minorities who're above that line, white guys have a tendency to think that they had been extra certified than a lot of individuals who had been employed/admitted. Do they fairly think that no lady or black guy used to be certified to be a firefighter till the 1960's? In a nation that needed to have laws enacted to permit females and blacks to vote, forgive me for being skeptical that females and blacks got a reasonable shake through abilities employers or admissions administrators earlier than the overdue 1970's. For years the opposite used to be real. Women and minorities had been mostly extra certified than most of the white guys who had been employed or admitted, however had no recourse since there used to be no strategy to end up discrimination. Now we are always listening to that persons will have to rent/admit "probably the most certified man or woman" with out regard to gender or race. Ha! Would you wish to be compelled to rent or admit any individual you without a doubt did not like or recognize, or could not paintings with, or did not bathe, or pass-dressed, or always fiddled along with his kit simply since she or he used to be "probably the most certified man or woman?" Of direction now not. Those whites ought to realize that it is an additional global now, one wherein they aren't going to take delivery of preferential therapy in employment or admissions choices comfortably since we're now not a society that tolerates and endorses gender and race discrimination. Just since you were not employed or admitted, and a few lady or Latino used to be, does not imply that they had been the beneficiary of affirmative movement, it doesn't matter what you're advised.

I don't see anywhere in the article that he was stabbed by a gang. His unfortunate murder was probably random violence and had nothing to do with his "politics"
