I had this problem too. Try Pelvic floor exercises to strenghthen your pelvic floor and help prevent these lil accidents. Ask your midwife or physio for more info so you know you're doing them properly.

Also, extra absorbent panty liners or maternity pads are good (I don't really think you want to be opting for adult diapers just yet!). Keep a few in your purse and maybe a spare pair of knickers. Pregnancy can be so embarassing, hey?

hey hun! i am 6 months pregnant as well(24 weeks and 4 days) and today for the first time he kicked me in the bladder so hard that a tiny drop of pee came out. So i talked to my mom about it and so i dont have this happen again(espessially when my bladder is full! lol) she said i should wear a light/thin pad(not a maxi pad but not a pantyliner.) Also go to the bathroom whenever you feel the urge. So now Im going to be wearing a thin pad when im up and moving around during the day at work. Good Luck and God bless honey!

Welcome to pregnancy. My baby was on my bladder the whole time I was pregnant and that happened to me numerous times. There is really nothing you can do just hope the baby gets off your bladder but the good thing is pregnancy only lasts 9 months hehe

Wear a bladder protection pad and do your Kegel exercises. Tell your doctor about the severity at your next visit. Also, go to the bathroom and relieve yourself more often, to keep the pressure off.

When you sneeze or cough bend your knees slightly and bend your body forward a little. That helps less to leak out. You can also wear a panty liner just in case to stay dry.

It's annoying but there's not anything that will make it go away totally.

You can also try doing more Kegels. That may help slightly.

Try and go more frequently. You could try wearing a maxi pad in your underware that way if it happens it has something to soke it up. I get kicked in my bladder all the time its not a pleasent feeling.

I have not had this with my three pregnancies. I guess I would wear a pad and keep a change of clothes near by.

I would get some maxi pads and start wearing them. I know they're un-glamorous, but it makes you feel much safer!
