The auto glass shop should have a compound you can use on your glass to remove the water spots. I don't remeber the name of it right now.

Vinegar and water mixture, with some newspaper. Spray and scrub with the paper. windows look great.

You should get some cleaning and just wash your whole car while your at it.... Or Try A Car Wash.
