I have been feeling very bloated and getting small pains in my stomach. I felt extremely nauseated this morning also. I just had my cycle about 2 weeks ago. My husband and I had intercourse at the very end of my cycle (sorry about the details). I did go to a walk-in center and the Dr. took a urine sample and said it was negative. I also took a test this morning and it came up negative. Could it be possible I am only a week or so along and the tests are not detecting it this early? I just don't want to continue taking the Birth Control if I am pregnant. Please no stupid remarks, this is serious, thank you.

I have also been having some brownish discharge. This began a week after my cycle ended wich doesn't normally happen. Also, when we had intercourse it was about 1 1/2 weeks ago.

I hope this is not the case, but I was pregnant for 2 months and was not aware. I took all kinds of pregnancy tests and even went to the doctors to get another test and all came up negative. I experienced bloating, and other pregnancy like symptoms as well as an unusually sharp pain on the right side of my lower stomach. After two months went by, the pain increased, I was spot bleeding and finnally went in to the doctors again to see what was wrong with me. Turns out that I was pregnant, unfortunately, it was eptopic. I guess that was why I kept on getting negative results on all the pregnancy tests. Since it has only been 2 weeks, I dont think you should be concerned, however, if these symptoms continue to last for a month and your are still showing negative results, I would ask you doctor to check for an eptopic pregnancy.

Yes you could be pregnant. Typically the best time to get pregnant is 2 weeks after your period.. which is about two weeks before your next period. Having sex at the very end of the cycle is not usually a good case for getting pregnant, but it you ovulated early you could be pregnant. If you are pregnant it is too early to tell. Wait a week and try again and if you have not had your period in 2 weeks ask for a blood test from your doctor. These register smaller portions of the hormone than the pee test does. By the way, birthconrol in a very early pregnancy like yours does not affect the fetus. Don't worry too much about taking birth control most women don't find out they are pregnant until 4-8 weeks along, you would be 1. Best of luck to you, I hope this answered your question.

It is possible that you tested too soon. I would wait a few days and test again.Usually the hcG hormone hasn't accumulated enough in the urine until after a missed test.

Good luck to you

It is possible that it's too early for the positive test. No way to know for sure yet, though.

Wait and see. Morning sickness is not always instantaneous, and bloating and cramps could be ovulation.

You could stop taking the pills and see if you get your period. If you don't then take another pregnacy test.
