The best thing you can do is actually learn how your body works. This is NEVER taught to women unless we go out and find the information. Your body is amazing and gives you all sorts of signs about what is going on inside.
What you want to do is learn "fertility awareness." You'll find out exactly when you ovulate, so you won't have these ridiculous episodes of wondering what is going on.
Ovulation can be delayed due to stress. When ovulation is delayed, your period is delayed. Being emotional and crying easily might just be a light case of PMS -- it doesn't mean you're automatically pregnant. I'm emotional and cry at a drop of a hat today, but I know I'm not pregnant because I know when I ovulate.
It's VERY important to know when your body ovulates and to learn the natural rhythms of your cycle, because you can detect health problems before your doctor can. Seriously, women have detected ovarian cancer well before any doctor would think to run a test for it, simply because they know their body. And ovarian cancer can only be cured if it's caught early.
Learning fertility awareness will not only ease your mind about late periods, it might save your life.

it is very normal to have a late period. My period is never on time, always a few days early or late. But you can be assure that if you are pregnant, you won't have your period. The lining if your uterus is there to support the baby. It won't shed when you pregnant. So don't worry, as long as your period ended up coming. yellowish discharge is also normal, unless it smells very strongly or there is itchiness or pain.

no longer something is "frequent" yet definite it relatively is common1 I had bleeding in all 3 of my pregnancies... How a procedures alongside are you? Its maximum hardship-unfastened early on, yet I surely have study presently learning yet another answer that it may take place by using all 9 months and it isnt risky. in case you're in the earliest stages i could be sure the being pregnant and at any degree could ask for reassurance from the midwife. no longer that i think of there is something to rigidity approximately, yet something i permit you already know here might desire to no longer be as reassuring simply by fact the midwife asserting it to you in man or woman! So please do no longer panic. lots of success. fiona

I think your body is just doing it's thing. It's a body, not a robot, therefore subject to subtle changes and hormonal fluctuations. If it really bothers you call your doctors office and ask for advice.

You can't have a normal period and be pregnant. That doesn't make any sense. I have yet to meet one woman who actually had a period and was still pregnant.
