I have an ECS Elitegroup P965T-A (rev 1.0b)...
I also have an ATI Radeon 9250

When i use them both, i can't get the graphics accelerator to work on the graphics card, and most of the time the card is useless (apart from the extra video ram, it does nothing).

Can anyone help?

I have installed the drivers, i found them on the website... I also tried the ones that where on the CD, both did not work. I don't have much money for a new graphics card... I spent (i think) $200 on this one, it should work, and should not matter weather the MB can handle more... Any ideas on why?

ATI 9250 is an outdated graphics card in PCI or AGP format. Your motherboard has a x16 PCIe graphics expansion slot. It looks like you are not using your board's full potential by not using it and instead using the SLOW PCI slot with an outdated card. It also seems you have not installed the driver of the 9250 that is why it is "useless".

Your motherboard actually deserves a better graphics card.
Cheap options= ATI HD2400 Pro or XT, Geforce 8400GS or 8500GT
Better= ATI HD2600 Pro or XT, Geforce 8600GT
