Dominos because they use fresh not frozen dough. It is a living product that is used to make hand stretched Pizza bases. It has to be between 3 to 6 days old, proofed as it will make it easier to handle and will improve the flavour but the amount of proofing will depend on its age. Its stored in the coldest part of the fridge allowing a 3" air gap around all the sides and is stored a minimum of 4" off the floor. It has to be stored between 1-3 degrees celcious. It is docked and edge stretched then stretched slapped then placed onto a pizza screen. It also has to have a defined edge, anchor and consistant centre volume. Pizza Hut on the other hand have frozen dough that is never slapped and rolled out with a rolling pin.

Dominoes because pizza hut's isnt fresh and it is hand tossed 'style' crust. It;s not real and isn't very healthy.

There is nothing nor has there ever been anything good about Domino's.
Pizza Hut is the only place to go if you are expecting speedy pizza. But if you want true pizza, you have to go to one of the locally owned pizzeria's in your area. Avivo's and Bartelli's for me=]

if only choice i would go with pizza hut. i usually go to the local pizzeria becuase i know that their pizza is frsh authentic and i prefer the taste of real pizza.
