Actuall that's a incredible assertion. Clinton did no longer stability the funds becuase that falls under the job of Congress. Obama IS spending us into chapter 11 because of the fact HE signs and warning signs the budgets that congress provides him. GET IT NOW ?? ( A president that does no longer sign a balanced funds being exceeded to him may well be seen an fool )

No, and I will continue to laugh, as the British Pounds and Euros get much more powerful. Making the dollar a worthless idea in the minds of people. Even OPEC is in the process of not using dollars, they're almost like lyra now.

Not a chance in hell, I doubt the mismanagement perpetrated by G.W. will be undone in a single presidential term(unless that president legalizes all drugs and safely manufactures them and markets them).

If you mean by not funding the military the way Congress intended it to be funded and opening Americas to a whole host of attacks because that's how Clinton did it? No!

Presidents don't balance budgets, get informed!!!!!!!!!
Presidents either sign the budget or veto it.

Democrats are running our budget way up now.

Get used to it. Democrats are going to Rule for awhile.
