Why are women getting so mad and suprised after their boyfriend leaves them when they find out they are pregnant. What do they expect? If you really loved you they would just marry you already and then have a child. The child was clearly an accident. Why would you have a baby with your girlfriend? He probably just wanted sex because he knew he could get it from you. Why are women so slow?

Why can't some of you wait till you are married or at least engaged to have sex. A boyfriend is not ready to have a child with you. They only want sex. Otherwise you'd have the ring on your finger. Some of you girls need to stop giving it up too easily. And the thing is this happens ALL THE TIME. You'd think after awhile some girls would catch on but no they keep messing around.

Luvin it don't blame the men. Women should know they are sex fiends. lol it's common sense. And everytime some girl at my high school talks about her plans to have a baby with her boyfriend I get so disgusted. As if it will last. These girls are being so selfish letting a baby not a have father in their life. Because I mean really. What 16 year old boy is ready to settle down? NONE

i agree, many women seem to think that men will marry them, even if they get all the benefits of being married, w/ out actually being married

Well... I think you're very young.. you must be about 15? At this age, it's easy to be an idealist and say you'll do the whole "wait for marriage" thing. I thought that too once upon a time. In your twenties and thirties -- most likely things will change for you. I've seen people get married just so they can have sex, then divorce a few years later. Marriage should not be based on sex... it takes a deeper commitment than that. Not everyone holds the same priorities as you do-- some women now value careers over marriage/family life. If you haven't found the "one" you want to marry... or if you don't plan on getting married at all... Sex will have to come into the picture. The problem is that some people aren't responsible about it. We should all practice safe sex, only when we're ready (at an appropriate age and with the right person). It may surprise you, but sometimes women just want "sex" as well -- we're not in love every time we give it up.

It depends on the man and the woman and their situation. While I agree that some women are much to easy to give up the goods, you can't judge everyone's situation by outward appearances. Just because someone is not married doesn't mean they don't love each other or that the child is an "accident". My boyfriend and I have been together going on 7 years and we have 2 children together. I don't think he's getting the "milk" for free necessarily because our relationship is give and take and we both have a lot invested in the relationship. We have chosen not to get married because frankly I don't see the point right now, I don't need the stress of planning a wedding when we are perfectly fine as is. It's really not much of any body's concern whether or not someone is buying the cow or getting the milk. People should worry about their own "cows". Furthermore, while people have criticised my relationship over the past 7 years, I have seen marriages come and go. And there are also married men who leave their families so marriage is no guarantee of perfect harmony. We are happy, our children are happy, and that's all that matters.

As a woman I see these females as dreamers and romantics. Or they have a poor self image and think that sex will be the catalyst to keeping the man around.
But, you missed the biggie - why didn't they use protection against pregnancy or did the lady think if she got pregnancy he would finally marry her?
I see too many people who live together and even have kids with the intruduction "this is my fiance."
Some men do have integrity and would marry the women if she became pregnant, but that is no way to start a marriage.
Our society no longer sees marriage and virginity as a morale issue. Friends with benefits is the best example.
Why do women think will will buy the cow after the free milk, because that is what movies and TV shows "sell."

I think that the women just don't expect their boyfriend to abandon them. They expect the boy to stay with them to raise the child. Not all women are slow, child. I wouldn't believe that some guy loved me just so he could get into my pants. A lot of guys are just seducers anyway.

it is a matter of opening up your eyes to the truth even if it hurts, if you want a commitment, then get marry first, and baby second. most women don't seem to understand that if you start playing house, it doesn't mean that you are in a serious relationship. it just means the guy or you are having sex more regularly, and you are doing double work for the bum that at the end is going to leave anyways

Hmm...women aren't slow, just to let you know....
But I would imagine these women are getting upset because their boyfriends had promised they loved them and such, it's not a woman's fault for trusting someone. Not all these couples are old enough to get married or there are other factors. You can't just put the blame on women. It's not our fault that men are irresponsible and immature.

I think most women probably do realize the guy didn't want the child. Most of the women probably weren't ready for a child either. They're probably just hoping the guy won't wimp out and will stay there to make sure his child gets raised properly.

That is such an outdated saying. You must not live in the real world. Things just ain't that way no more. Today's teenagers start having sex at about 14 or earlier. Parents should protect their daughters by providing them with birth control and the new vaccine against herpes.
