Hehe, i'm not sure either, but i think people usually have them on Christmas day. When i was younger, we never had Christmas dinner, we never really celebrated Christmas-like i said before in my the last post. Recently we started having Christmas dinner, all we have is turkey, that's it, and yes, i make the turkey! hehe, i make Christmas happen for my family, im still learning how to make new stuff like spaghetti squash, but we have turkey and mash potatoes for our Christmas dinner on Christmas day.
Yes, on TV i see most families have turkey on Christmas eve, but the people i know around here all have their dinner on Christmas day. Yes, i think people have different traditions on Christmas, some have them on eve or the day, some even have them after Christmas day.

Each year we pick a culture to do a traditional Christmas eve dinner for. Then we make that meal with all the fixins. On Christmas we have whatever we like, but NOT turkey, cause we just did that in November.
We usually have goose or roast beef on Christmas day, unless we are sick, then we have grilled cheese sandwiches and save the big meal till we are healthy enough to enjoy it.

Whatever your family tradition is. My family never had it in Christmas Eve, always Christmas Day. Other families and traditions are different. I seldom have turkey for Christmas these days, I prefer other things.

We usually tend to have turkey on Christmas Day or the following days when the family is all together. On Christmas Eve we tend to eat meat pies.

you are able to have pepperoni pizza in case you like!! Who says you're 'think' to have the two turkey or ham? OR...you are able to have one or the different if it suites you. Or greater advantageous yet, in case you opt to have the two, merely purchase them in smaller parts. particularly of a 5 lb. ham, make a 2 lb. ham. particularly of a 20 lb. turkey, have a 10 lb. turkey. Make merely adequate to feed the kin, and you will no longer have such numerous leftovers. i think of catering agencies pass via 2 lb. meat in line with guy or woman, yet I consistently think of it is merely too plenty thinking all the greater's you have set out on the table. So pass with a million lb. meat in line with guy or woman and compensate with area dishes!! good good fortune and HO! HO! HO!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
