I don't see how it can work as any kind of statement. It's much too vague. The use of the word "undeniable" assumes that you know that the rest of your statement is absolutely true and no one can possibly argue against it. Well, since the rest of your statement doesn't take any kind of stand, perhaps you're right.

You might get away with this kind of statement, but if I were your professor, I'd realize that everything that follows is undeniably blah, mediocre, and boring. So far, you're getting a C- on this thesis, if that.

I would fluff it up a bit. This sounds like a real good intro to your paper. Think about like 3 major ways that living affects the college experience, and list them in your statement. From there on, every sentence should relate to that statement. Some quick thoughts i have are:
Living arrangements can have a significant impact on today's college student, especially when considering their community relations, grade-point average, and cost of living.

then you can talk about the pos and neg of each of these in different living situations. You can also use social interactions/relationships in there!
good luck

I can't formulate a "well" thesis announcement for you seeing that you did not deliver ample knowledge. However, the subject asks who you could difference, why and the way. You must reply those questions for your thesis. For instance: "My mom's violent mood could so much advantage from difference, which would be prompted by way of years of medication and the help of loving loved ones participants."
