It goes all the way off-- then I have to sign back in any suggestion as why?

Not sure exactly what your talkin' about? The only thing I can think of is maybe below where you sign-in. Check the box that says, "keep me signed-in" or "remember me" its more like the 1st one though..........LOL......Happy T'givin' to you & yours
