Well, I'm a sophomore in high school right now and decided I'd just start to open up my horizon and take a look at some schools. I'm a good student, 3.9 GPA and I'm in a higher level math course right now. I've looked around and found some very high-level schools. Harvard, MIT, Stanford, CalTech, and Berkeley are the ones I'm shooting for. I was wondering if there are any other (possibly cheaper!) math colleges out there. I'll take any ideas.

With your grades you should be able to qualify for scholarships. You should be able to get into all those schools.

You could also look at Harvey Mudd, Johns Hopkins, Brown, Columbia University, George Washington U, UNC Chapel Hill, and Tufts.

You already hit the best ones in your list.

If you want something less expensive, there are several state universities that are excellent in math. You already mentioned UC-Berkeley. Other state universities that are particularly good include Minnesota, Michigan, Rutgers and Texas.
