What kind of dumb answers are you getting. Maine & Hawaii are states not cities, Maimi has the Florida Marlins and Denver has the Colorado Rockies. All the big cities in the USA have teams, NY and Chicago each have 2 teams. But there are enough baseball teams already. If anything, they should do away with a few they have now.

Other then other cities that have been named alredy by users, very rarely you are going to find a city in the United States, without curently a baseball team, but how about also Memphis? But in Canada, there will be lots of cities without baseball teams in Canada, the the only city in Canada, with a current baseball team is Toronto.

If you want to keep playing baseball and try to go as far as you can, don't think about minor league but College baseball instead. I mean you can play 2-3 years and maybe even 1 year in D1 college baseball and then play in the Majors rather than hoping in playing Minor league for quite some time . It's up to you.

Columbus, Ohio is bigger than either Cincinnati or Cleveland.
EDIT; I assume it's one of the many simulations, $C-Note$, but I'm not sure. Maybe he'll tell us which one. I've played Strat-O-Matic for over 40 years; that's my personal choice.
