sec = 1/cos
the answer is sqrt(2) that tell you theta is 45 degree
since they told you - sqrt(2) that tell you theta are on second and third quadrant cuz cos in second and third quadrant is negative number
in second quadrant the total angle is 180
in third quadrant the total angle is 270
so just subtract 45 from them to get your answer
therefore theta is 180-45 = 135 and 270-45=225 degree

1/cos (theta) = -â2
cos(theta) = 1/-â2
cos (theta) = -0.707
basic angle of theta = 45°(quarant 2,3)
therefore, theta = 135°,225°

1/cos(theta) = -V2
cos(theta) = - V2/2
theta = (180-30) or theta = (180 + 30)
theta = 150 or theta = 210
