Even if it was only a one time thing you should be honest with him and tell him. And why cant you be friends with her, are you afraid it will happen again. My wife was with her best friend in college, and they still see and talk to each other at least 4 times a week, even though they no longer have sex with each other. Basically what i am trying to say is that you should always be honest with the person you are going to spend your life with, and just because you expeimented with another girl doesnt mean you cant be friends with that person, unless there is more that you arent telling.

Amazing answers above. If this were a guy asking the same gay question, the women in the group would be screaming ewww get a divorce!
Though it sounds innocent and fun, it's sex outside of marriage and therefore cheating. How can this be okay, but on-line chatting (emotional affair) be grounds for kicking a guy in the b*lls? The double standards astonish me.

If ti was a one time thing and it will never happen again - I think you keep you mouth shut.
There's no need to cause pain / hurt over something that was an "expiriment".
If, however, you think you might be gay or bi-sexual, then you have a ticking time bomb on your hands as it will definitely happen again bcause its part of your sexuality. Then you MUST discuss this with your s/o.

If you are confused about your sexuality, then I suggest going to the bookstore and reading books on the topic - it can really help clarify things to learn more about it.
On the other hand, if it was just experimentation, you won't do it again and you want to stay with your boyfriend - don't tell him.

not to be a pig. but If you were mine and you told me that I really don't think I would have a problem with it. in fact. I don't know if any of my friends would have a problem with it. That is kinda of a huge fantasy for allot of men. don't feel guilty. and just tell him. let him decide if it was wrong. it couldn't have been that wrong if you did it.

A lot of men don't consider it cheating if it is w/ a girl. Just explain that you were confused

well...........I wouldn't say anything unless your trying to hurt him, If he fantasies about it some time in the future tell him, you tried it once and tell him how it felt. good luck. he may be an open guy but there is the other persons feelings to think about too.

Well if you are gay it is hard to make a switch. if you had sex with the other girl then just leave and be with the girl and represent your gay pride. if you kissed and madeout and got nude. break up once again, but a date and kiss. its fine. but the more sexual things you do with the girl the more hard it is going to be to break free and be straight
