It wasn't a movie, but this show on TV. I think it's called Moonlight. The episode was about a girl that was kidnapped/raped or something as a child and the guy that did it was caught. Th guy got the death penalty and she watched him die. It turns out he came back alive as a vampire and started hunting her down and the only thing that saved her was her protester, the main character guy (who's also a vampire)

That seriously scared me when the girl was being stalked - the dude was flippin crazy and mad looking.

The Exorcist. It's hard to forget that image of Reagan ( was that her name) ?

It always creeped me out in the first movie when she turned her head around 360 degrees even though I realize it was just a doll!

i love horror movies but i don't get scared often. the grudge movies were freaky though. you should watch the original, japanese version too. the worst part is when the creepy girl is crawling down the stairs. if it freaks me out then beleive me it's scary lol

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I had nightmares after I watched each one of those. Now, I can't stand to hear the sound of a chainsaw running.

The Ring was pretty creepy.

The Grudge made absolutely no sense, but it gave me the wiggins for about 2 weeks after I saw it.
