How do i teel/ ask my mom about this. I have an older sister, but she's 13 years older than me and i think my mom doesnt't want to addmitt that im growing up!

Break it in slowly. Ask you mom if she will drive you an a guy to a movie and pick you up. Have her involved in the first few times and it will be easier for her to move out of picture later on.

Tell her "Becky is allwed to date" JK
Ask her if you'd be allowed to to go out with a boy or invite him over if it was just as friends
thats what i did and my mom rolled her eyes and said i was allowed to date
