I go to sleep about 11:15-11:30, I get up to pee (in the dark, the bathroom is right across from my bed) three times, I wake up about 7:15-7:30 every morning, so I guess I get around 7.5-7.75 hours of sleep every night.

4 to 6 hours, the docs says you need 8 to 10 hours sleep a day but I can't sleep longer than 6.
