When I play b-ball at P.E/Recess I play with people that dont know the speciful rules of basketball. When drive into the paint I feel people pushing me and knocking me down intenionlly and slapping me in the face and things like that. Where can I play competivaly with people that know the rules and game well?

same thing for me ppl at my school elbow u in the back of the head,throw u to the ground grab you scratch you and all that stuff
i play in organized leagues out of school or you can also just play with other ppl who know and want to play properly

Yeah I know what you mean I Play streetball alot and i get hit very hard. When I play if i feel like im getting hit too hard i just call foul. I don't know a place where you can play because i don't know what area you're from.

Mate, if theres no ref, its streetball, deal with it.
Join a local club or make a team yourself and enter into a comp.

You do have to be careful with what you do on the court, cause you might do something that will get a refree to call a foul on you.
