Okay, well you could make her a hamper..find a cheap basket and put all the stuff in there and tie it with a ribbon.
I know it sounds silly but think of all her favourite little treats.. maybe like some chocolates she likes, and some of her favourite fragrance soaps, and a little bear, or you could try making her something little, even if it's cookies , or make cupcakes, each one with the letter of her name, orrrr I love you.. that would be really sweet
I would really love that cos at the end of the day, Christmas shouldn't be about materialistic stuff.. I know it's hard not to , but still.. It really is the thought that counts and I'm sure she would appreciate the effort you'll make.

O.K. since moneys tight how about getting a nice small size note pad and make coupons she can use all year. Make sure you decorate the coupon book and make it look like a real coupon the best you can. For instance you can make coupons for a free back massages done by you, a coupon for a candle light dinner for two made by you, A day where you will babysit and she can spend the day with the girls, a day where she can go for a manicure and pedicure that of course you will pay for. How about a coupon where she can just have some quiet time to herself. Be creative and make sure you fill up the coupon book with things she would really enjoy, your wife will be able to use these coupons anytime during the year and this will make you accoutable for remembering to treat your wife like the queen she is. You also should get her a gift she can open and use how about her favorite perfume, make up, nice pajamas,or a robe( very soft and a pretty color). I think you should go to ebates.com the give you a percentage back of what you spend of gifts....I've tried this site before and you usually will receive a check in the mail within 2 weeks the check can be anywhere from $5-$10 depending on what you spend. I recommend doing as much as your christmas shopping as possible through this site so you can get money back. Also search online and at the retailers website's for online coupons, ask friends and family, search the net and you should come up with some online coupons and sales. Just remember when your making your purchase do it through ebates.com. They have lots of stores....try it you'll love it!!! I hope you'll try the coupon idea.....you can start the coupon with THIS COUPON ENTITLES your wife's name TO A DAY OF REST AND RELAXATION WITHOUT THE BABY. NO EXPERATION DATE. Look at a real coupon for more ideas and how to format and style.
Good Luck and Merry Christmas to you and your family!!

One really thoughtful idea would be a photo calendar using pictures of your family, baby, pet if you have one. You can make it online (Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart, Black's, Fortinos) or go to the store with the photos. For each month, you can pick a photo to go with that month, like a Christmas picture in December or a wedding picture for the month of your anniversary. This present is something that literally lasts all year. These places can also make up Christmas ornaments for the tree with photos on it. Sweet, but not very expensive. Good luck.

All you have to think of is the sum you are willing to give. But be sure this is at a store she prefers to shop at. This, of course, should depend on what relationship you have with the woman. This way, you won't have doubts about the correctness of the gift chosen. There are not many women that can resist the appeal of precious stones. It is important to know that you can make a jewelry present only to your closest women. Any jewelry is expensive and there it is thought that the higher the price, the deeper the feelings. When buying jewelry you spend probably the most significant part of your budget. This is why you should be certain about her and know that you really mean something to her.

It would be wonderful if you made (or bought) a cute collage frame (a frame made up of several smaller frames for multiple pictures) to put pictures of you and her on your wedding day, vacationing, with the new baby, or even baby pictures in! Write a special message on the back so she can keep it by the bed, or at work. Another idea would be to have a christmas ornament personalized for her, baby, and you. Both ideas will run you less than $50

A scavenger hunt.
Write her a bunch of corney poem-ettes and hide them around the house on Christmas eve. Each one leading her to another poemette..
Here and there have "giftettes" like an inexpensive scrapbook that you promise to do together (some pics printed out of the three of you...and some stickers..you can do this for under $8.00 using a coupon for Michaels, Joannes or AC MOORE)
Have a coupon for a foot rub...or a trip to the grocery store by herself! Or a coupon for a "yes...I heard the baby...I'll get up tonight even tho I got to wake up early for a meeting! you just continue snoring kitten: "coupon!
and at the end...have an ornament that you made for her...a little tiny memory box..hand made...and inside a teeny scroll and little golf pencil for the two of you to write your favorite memories of this Christmas and enough room to roll up a picture or glue one to the outside of the box..and hang it on the tree.
(insert your wifes....awwwwwwww babbbbyyyyy! i can't believe you did this for MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! here!"

Since she has a new baby, how about some "all natural" lotions, shower gels and spritz from Bath and Body works. That way she can pamper herself without worrying about any skin irritations on the baby when she holds him/her.
Throw in a face mask, sleeping eye mask, foot massager (those things can be found at your dollar store). she deserves to pamper herself a little now!

Couples massage.
This could be really fun if you're tight on money and have to get creative with it.
