Yes, it's ok. I had mine done at first pretnal visit.

Yes, but you might notice that it hurts more than your last pap did. That's because the cervix is extra-sensative. You make notice light bleeding/spotting after the pap, but that is normal. Even though it's not the most comfortable thing in the world, you should continue to get regular paps during pregnancy to watch for potential problems.

Yes. A pap smear is often performed at your first prenatal appointment. Some people get another one later in the pregnancy if you had abnormal results.

Most doctors do a pap smear when you first find out, and closer to your due date. Sometimes you experince some spotting after the test which should go away withen a day, but if you had heavy bleeding or pain go to yout doctor!

Yes, in fact it is recommended at your first checkup. Since the pap only goes into your vaginal cavity and not past your cervix, it's completely safe and good to have done to make sure everything is fine. :)
