I wear a tampon, even a heavy one, and i start leaking through it after an hour or two. I always have to wear a pad with it. should i be worried? I am only 13.

Speak to your doctor - make sure you're not anemic. Sometimes, if you have low blood iron, you bleed more and easier. (Ask your mom to call the doctor ASAP if you bleed a lot from something like a scraped knee or papercut.)

I have the same problem. I always feel embarrassed when I leak through my pants in only an hour. You shouldn't be worried. Just be sure to change your tampon/pad often. It might just be very heavy in the beginning of your cycle. Good luck!!!!

this is normal. I'm the same. It's just the first 2 days then it's fine. Don't wear tampon during your heavy days, It's not recommended Use the pads, then you can use tampons againn
