No. Why would it be? If anyone's a colony it'd the US but then there's that whole war of independence thing.

Not colony.It is too harsh comment.By accepting US policies and economic unity ,UK has become part of USA,ie another state or district of USA

I think that is a foolish question, they are their own ,America does not any decisons for them. The English are just more in tune with what is really going on in the world.
