i was circumcised when i was bout 5 im 13 now
and i want my glans get more sensitive is there any way

Nope, that's one of the problems with circumcision and one of the reasons it shouldn't be done on infants/children. You lose sensitivity in the glans.
All I can think of is that you wear some sort of sheath/cover over your glans most of the time, it will be more protected and might feel better. Some circumcised men find this is good for them.
