I would recommend getting her a CD, if you know what type of music she would listen to, or maybe a Shiny Tunes CD that has a variety of artists. She might appreciate a gift certificate to the movie theatre. Pretty earrings or a necklace might be nice. When I was a teen girl, I got so much body lotion, spray, etc. that I started not to appreciate that, so maybe something a little different would be nicer.

gift cards are a good idea.. just for someplace small like starbucks, dunkin donuts, etc. also maybe a cute shirt from Hollister - they usually go into the $10-$15 range. that's what i'm doing this year for a couple of my friends

Bath and Body Works has $10 gift bags that have spray, lotion body soap, and I think one of those washing puff ball things, that is a good gift for teenage girls.
