Im doin a research/argumentive paper of animal testing..Science or animal cruelty and in my paper i would like to say everthing approved by the FDA is tested on animals. But i need evidence of citation! so please help me by addin where you got ur information from

not everything is tested but some or most like medicines and stuff like that

No, there are exceptions.

Some types of medicines, for example, are only designed to be effective for humans so animal testing would be pointless.

Also, many types of FDA food regualtions have more to do with marketability than actual safety, so no tsting of any type is done.

For example, there are FDA rules that limit what percentage of dead bugs a fruit product can contain, what amount of dead mice can be in each ton of grain, etc etc. No-one has tested that there are "Safe" limits - since the products are cooked the bugs and rodents etc are harmless - but the FDA limits the amount because people don't like to see bits of dead mouse in their Granola bar.
