Mine was about 17 or 18 I think , however the development of young guys varies quite a lot . Some are quite well advanced even at 13 , whilst others have to wait for a bit of a growth spurt at 17 to catch up
So if you are worried because some of your mates are already bigger than you , then it is possible they are in the category of earlier developers and you will possible catch up

It never does...it just keeps getting bigger and Bigger and BIGGER and B I G G E R until you find yourself having to live at the very top of a hill, just so you can turn around without bumping into stuff. You just have to take care that hikers walking up the hill, sheep grazing and birds, aeroplanes etc don't get knocked down/out of the sky by this Enormous Erection. After a while, all the women/gay lads shake their heads in disappointment and disbelief because your **** is just too damn BIG! Frustrated yourself, all you can do is launch yourself from the top of your hill to the bottom of the ocean and practise the mating call of the humpbacked whale.
Life is hard and it's going to get so much harder for you...xx

If you have gone through a normal puberty, and there are no hormonal problems then your penis will have attained its full length by the time you are between 16 and 18, there are just as many variations in penis shape and size as there are with women's breasts (we are all individual) and there can be quite a difference between the length of your flaccid penis and your erection if you are at all worried about your development, see your doctor for reassurance.

well mine never stop or never started coz im a girl, but im guessing the penis of a man stops growing at age 17-18...

Mine grows every time I need to use it to.....
OK, typically males are finish growing physiologically about 22 years of age.
