I have rread a lot of baseball books, and the best in my opinion was "Glory of thier Times" by Larry Ritter, "Men at Work" by George Will, "A Season in the Sun" by Roger Kahn, and "Catcher in the Wry" by Bob Uecker

Do yourself a favor and read "October, 1964" by David Halberstam. One of the best writers of our time. Just one of the several Baseball books he has written.

well i don't know if they count but they were fiction books. the series were the one's by dan gutman..maybe you've heard of them. some titles were "babe & me, jackie & me" etc. they are for young readers..but i found them interesting. not everything was fictional, the author listed some true statments that were in there.
they were my brother's books..i picked them up & read them this summer when i was bored. haha.
