balanced equation:
Ca(OH)2 + 2 HCl --> CaCl2 + 2 H2O

ionic equation:
Ca2+ + 2 OH- + 2 H+ + 2 Cl- --> Ca2+ + 2 Cl- + 2 H2O
eliminating the same ions in the LHS and RHS (Ca2+ and Cl-), we get the net ionic equation:
2 OH- + 2 H+ --> 2 H2O

therefore the true statements are: a, e
