you are at the right age to be just at the edge of startign puberty. Sinc eyou are already as tall as the other guys you have started in the way but yoru penis and other areas may take a whiel to grow. Also during puberty, you will grow hair in lots of places, your voice will change and you will experience this bizarre sense of being horny all the time for a few years. Basically pubertty is one pretty weird experience but just relax, celebrate each change as it happens and enjoy.
As for buddies bragging about their big penises, why not pull out a ruler and demand they let you measure; that often quiets them down a little (unless they are totally uninhibited and produce it - hehe).

Don't worry, you'll get bigger later, the average adult dick is only about 5-6, which means you're half way there with a good 5-8 years of growing left! If your friends say they've got big dicks at your age, they are most probly lying to make themselves feel good, in truth they're probly about the same size as you. Most of my friends have a one about the same size as mine.
If they tease you about it, or anything like that, tell them to prove it, and they'll be laughed at for either being average, or pulling their pants down in front of another guy, or for not being brave or big enough to do it.
In short...Don't worry about it, if, you're a five incher when you hit 16, you're doing brilliant-thats when the competition really starts. Good Luck 8)

You're just 13....you have several years of growth (everywhere) left to go. And believe me, most guys are going to claim to have big dicks but in reality.....it's BS.

DOn't sweat it. IT is nothing to worry about. It will grow. It may or may not be bullcrap what your friends are saying. It is mostly cosmetic, so you don't have to worry. Besides, you don't have to worry as much about an erection showing itself through your shorts.
