It's a turkey stuffed with a duck, stuffed with a chicken. Here in Louisiana we have them for Thanksgiving often. There is a layer of stuffing between the birds and the chicken and duck are completely deboned. The turkey is partially deboned except for the legs & wings. Happy Thanksgiving. 2D

A Turducken is a type of bird that is brown and smells funny and is shaped like a piece of poo. Around the holidays, many people roast them over a rotisserie grill and season them with pepper and mustard.

Yes had it served for Xmas several years ago by a visiting American friend.
seem to recall it was a turkey stuffed with duck and chook (chicken) and sage and onion stuffing .. rather enjoyable, but a lot for three people

YES!!! Ive never had one but i watched Paula Young I think her name is on The Food Network make on last yr.... Its crazy.But im sure its good!
