Unless she is an alcoholic and prone to alcohol induced blackouts, then probably no. Or if she was slipped a a date rape drug, then maybe - and that would be rape, as she was unable to give consent. But more likely than not, she's covering up something that she did have a part in - that she made a choice to do. If nothing else, then she is responsible for getting "too drunk" to know what she's doing. And any man who would take advantage of a woman in that condition is a creep.

She could, but a RESPONSIBLE woman (or man for that matter) would not put themselves in a place where that could happen. You either watch your drinking, take a reliable friend with you who's NOT going to get wasted to watch out for you, or whatever, but you simply cannot use the excuse, "I'm so sorry, I didn't know what I was doing", and fly that by me, because if you care about your relationships, you won't put yourself in those bad positions. (No pun intended)

I have heard that, but I will tell ya that I have never been that drunk. I may have done stuff I wouldn't normally do, but I remembered it whether I wanted to or not.

She may not remember WHO she did, but I'm pretty sure she'll know that she had sexual relations. If she completely blacked out and forgot everything, then it is time to stop drinking.

She may not remember. Controlling it from happening maybe out of her hands as well. Alcohol can make your memory black out and alter your judgement.
