Your best bet would be to look for them before the concerts. Most don't stay after playing b/c they have to get to their next gig...For example if they play in KC then their next place may be the next day like St. Louis, Omaha, Des Moines....all easy to drive to so they will head there and stay there.
I know some stay at the Marriott & at the casino's (look for their tour buses that is generally a give-away)

They will probably stay in one of the nicer hotels. I used to work at the Ritz Carlton. Many artists, teams, actors, etc. stayed there. You could also check the Hyatt, the Hotel Phillips or the President. If it's a large group they're probably going to be at a large hotel.

I don't know...probably somewhere downtown I'd assume.
For Garth Brooks he was taking his little private jet home to Oklahoma every evening because it's only a 45 minute flight.
