The drawing is suppose to be of Kate's Character.
You don't see them making love...
You don't see Leonardo DiCaprio without any clothes
The scene is fairly short,I have never been focused on it lol but maybe a minute or so.
Those scenes aren't really a big part of the movie so it's not all you see.

1. The drawing is Kate Winslet
2. They do not get graphic with the love scene
3. You do no see DiCaprio with no clothes
4. The love scene is like 3 seconds
