Whats the name of the movie where the girl has a psychological disorder because her father was a spy or something and the Germans were breaking into their house and they had to tear up all the papers before they got in. They didn't tear them all up in time and they executed him so she sat in her room for like 10 yrs just ripping papers like a zombie.
Then some boy started visiting her and she became a normal person slowly. In the end he got into a fight and this freaked her out and she became a vegetable again. I saw this like 12 years ago, what is the name? lol

OK. In response to 'David and Lisa' Iooked up that movie and it does not appear to be the movie im searching for. In this movie the girl didnt have 2 personalities she just sat in her room and tore papers. I think the boy used a doll to communicate with her.

David and Lisa? I don't think this is right, but this movie is about two teens in a mental ward, and when they help each other heal a bit. I saw it a long time ago, and that's what your question reminded me of.
