He's Ok...he has done some good things and some bad things...it all depends on how the War on Terror plays out on how History will see him...you probably didn't know that Lincoln had the second lowest approval rating of all Presidents, Carter has the first...but Lincoln is considered now by some to be one of the greatest Presidents...History is unfortunately for Liberals not a science of emotion...Clinton will probably be view as mediocre at best...

if a popularity contest came out of all 43 presidents (grover cleveland is counted twice) dubya would be at the very bottom. i theres a book on the presidents time in office and background that went up to clinton i think.

things bush has done for his own glory:

made the stock market bomb
helped raised oil prices per barrell
weakend the dollar
spent a load of $ on the war which was unnecessary
blamed an innocent woman for the cia leak
denied health insurance to the working poor and their children
cut social security for the boomers and elderly
proposed a fence between us and mexico to prevent illegal entry
fix the 2000 and 2004 elections
etc...

things he hasnt done
find/capture usama bin laden
fix social security
approve health care for working poor
strengthened the dollar

what he did that was good
removed saddam from office

what should be done
impeachment

there are more things he did for power instead of whats good for the people but i cant name them all

he and cheny would rule the world by force if left to their own devices.
but many even some Dem's supported their little profits fro some, raped the taxpayers in the USA, oil wars.
much of our govt is so unaccountable and corrupt.
and the budget deficit is more excuse to turn the clock back of civil and human rights at home.
the world is very clear USA is now lean and mean all talk.
... and lost what made it great....
but we all have to look at greed in a few dollars tax savings and let them eat cake more types of greed is good thinking
that pay for a war and divided the country into rich and poor and left our social and infrastructure pockets empty
no investment in people or future. no safety nets .
i think you should also ask why and which Dem's said OK on pay as you go and left the war costs out of it.

is there an agenda to have a 2 class system clear divide even by many who claim to be democrats?

sure looks that way.

yea he's a bad president
and we and many politicians continue to support it all continuing.
if only by doing nothing

as along as n.Americans pull the three monkeys act.
fro personal gain at the cost of the country as a whole
nothing will get much better

I don't hate Mr. Bush. I may not agree with some of the stances he takes on various topics.

Rko: your a complete idiot.

Shenango valley girl: you don't have a clue how this Government functions. How about educating your self and read the Articles of the Constitution.

Don't hate him. That just makes you sound like a typical Rush Limbaugh-type conservative full of hatred, bias, and bigotry. Instead, pity Bush for the pathetic coward he is and will remain. -RKO- 11/20/07

Now that former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan has fingered him and Cheney for their complicity in the CIA leak case, I think it's okay to hate them openly. They are criminals! They are scum! What's not to hate about that? We should impeach them both...

I respect him. Hate is such a strong word. You sound like you may be a little too emotional, but then again, Libs make decisions based on how they feel, not facts.
