I think its nice- I was planning on naming my first daughter Olivia, until she was born...then the name just didn't fit, so I chose a different name.

Very common, but Olivia is pretty. Why Kay? I never understood the appeal of the middle name Kay... It sounds very mid-west, I've never met anyone in California with that middle name except two women who moved here from Oklahoma. Nothing wrong with it, just nothing appealing in my opinion.

What about Olivia Kate? Unless Kay is a family name Kate is a much newer name that is more popular these days.

I like Kay, I'm not too sure how Olivia sounds with it though...look up a baby name site, it might help

The OK initials got me right away (especially since the middle name is literally Kay, in full LOL). Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of ahead of time. Other than that, a fine, common combo I doubt anyone will dislike (except for general popularity, of course).

I really like it! I wouldn't pick Kay as the middle name if I were choosing but it really sounds cute together.

Personally, I don't like it. I would probably pick either Marina Kay or Elisabeth Kay.

It is nice, if you want your daughter to be forever known as Olivia X.
