i want to file for divocre but scared to due to i don't want my husband to have any type of custody or visitation with our kids . I fully believe he has a sex problem and i fear for my daughters saftey . he has already been divocred once and the mother tried for this and brought up issues that i have and more and she lost though he dosen't make any effort to see his kids .dosne't even give them a call . How can i fight and win where he would loose all parenting rights ?
